Monica and Ross were at "The Lazy Harp", sipping tea.
Monica, ever the personal trainer, was encouraging Ross to join her for a morning jog.
"Come on, Ross! It'll do you good! A bit of courage and you can conquer any hill!"
Ross, shy as ever, looked down at his book, "I'd rather not, Monica. Perhaps later."

Later that day, Chandler found Ross in his apartment, carefully arranging toy dinosaurs in a small cage.
"What's this, a prehistoric zoo?" Chandler quipped.
"I'm trying to create a civil society for these tiny plastic creatures," Ross replied, adjusting a miniature Triceratops.
"A bit like trying to herd pigeons, isn't it?" Chandler teased, knowing Ross's phobia.
"Pigeons are a different matter entirely," Ross muttered.

Just then, there was a knock. It was Colonel Sanders, their eccentric neighbor.
"Good evening, Colonel!" Ross greeted him politely.
The Colonel, clutching a bucket of chicken, looked intensely at the dinosaur cage.
"Remarkable specimens," he declared, "though they lack the proper seasoning."
Ross and Chandler exchanged a confused look.
The Colonel, without another word, placed a chicken wing inside the cage.
"Enjoy your meal, my prehistoric friends!"
He tipped his hat and left.
Chandler burst out laughing.
"You know," Ross said thoughtfully, "maybe a little courage in my dinosaur society wouldn't go amiss."
