Monica and Rachel were at "The Lazy Harp", enjoying a quiet afternoon. "I can't believe they abandoned their plans for the park," Monica said, stretching her thumb as she spoke. "I know!" Rachel replied, playing with a loose strand of hair. "But this tea is pretty good. It doesn't really affect my plans anyway."

Suddenly, Ross burst in, looking flustered. "You won't believe what I just witnessed!" he exclaimed. "A pigeon wearing a tiny hat! It was unbelievable!"

Rachel and Monica exchanged glances. Before either could respond, Ross continued, "I tried to get a picture, but the flash made it snap its beak at me!"

Rachel stifled a laugh. "A pigeon in a hat," she said, shaking her head. "Only you, Ross."
