Rachel was relaxing in her apartment, finally finishing a text to her mom about the benefits of organic peach face cream. "Now, where's that roller?"

She looked around, remembering she'd used the jade roller to apply the cream the night before. It wasn't on her nightstaff.

Just then, Monica burst in. "Have you seen my jade roller? I can't believe it, some thief stole it from my gym bag!"

"Wait, a thief?" Rachel blinked. "Are you sure? Maybe it just fell out."

Monica paced. "No, it was definitely in my bag, zipped up. Now both my favorite jade roller and lucky gym socks are gone!"

"That's weird," Rachel frowned. "I was just looking for my jade roller too. Maybe there's a jade roller thief on the loose!"

Monica grabbed her phone, her face determined. "I'm calling the gym."

Rachel picked up the half-eaten peach from her desk and sighed. "I just wanted to relax."
