Ross and Monica strolled through St. Stephen's Green, enjoying a sunny afternoon. "The convention is next weekend," Ross said, adjusting his glasses. "Are you ready to defend your title as Dublin's fittest nutritionist?"

Monica chuckled. "Of course! Though I doubt anyone will try to challenge me after last year's flash mob Zumba routine. It was legendary."

Suddenly, a frisbee zipped past, nearly clipping Ross's ear. A hippie with a colourful bandana jogged over, apologising profusely. "So sorry, dude!" he exclaimed, retrieving the frisbee. "Didn't mean to heal your eardrum with my plastic disc of doom."

Ross, slightly flustered, reassured him. "No harm done," he mumbled, secretly checking for any sign of pigeons.

The hippie smiled and offered the frisbee to Ross. "Wanna toss it around? It's a great way to connect with nature, you know." Monica gave Ross an encouraging nudge. He hesitated, then reluctantly took the frisbee. As he awkwardly threw the disc, it wobbled through the air before landing with a gentle thud a few feet away.

The hippie, undeterred, clapped enthusiastically. "Nice one!" he cheered. "Just gotta find your inner groove, man."

Ross sighed, grateful that the incident was over. He whispered to Monica, "I definitely need some tea after this. Strong tea."

Monica agreed. "The Lazy Harp it is, then."
