Monica and Rachel were at "The Lazy Harp", enjoying their usual afternoon tea.
Monica, ever the health enthusiast, was stretching her legs under the table.
"I still insist that a brisk walk after this would do us good," Monica said.
Rachel, scrolling through her phone, sighed. "I'd rather spend a million dollars on a new hairstyle than walk anywhere right now."
Suddenly, Chandler burst in, looking flustered. "Guys, I need a penny! Just one!"
"What's wrong?" Rachel asked.
"I need to call the station! I'm late! And it's about the prize draw!" Chandler explained dramatically.
"You think someone is going to murder you because you are late?" Monica asked, raising an eyebrow.
Chandler paused, considering this. "Well, no, but they might give my slot to Barry, and that would be worse than murder!"
Rachel, after a moment of thought, produced a coin from her bag. "Here."
Chandler snatched the penny with a grateful "Thank you!" and dashed off to the nearest payphone.
Monica and Rachel exchanged a knowing glance and continued their tea and stretching, respectively, back to their usual calm state of mind as if nothing had happened

Example:"Guys, I need a penny! Just one!" ("Ragazzi, ho bisogno di un centesimo! Solo uno!")

murder

Translate: uccidere, assassinare
Example:"You think someone is going to murder you because you are late?" Monica asked, raising an eyebrow. ("Pensi che qualcuno ti ucciderà perché sei in ritardo?" chiese Monica, alzando un sopracciglio.)
