Nei numeri dal 21 al 99 scritti in lettere le decine' si uniscono alle unità con un trattino:

La virgola separa le cifre delle migliaia dalle centinaia, dei milioni dalle migliaia ecc.

Il punto indica i decimali.

Hundred e thousand si uniscono alle decine e unità con la congiunzione and.

Hundred, thousand e dozen sono invariabili quando sono preceduti da un numero o una quantità.
Prendono la -s del plurale quando significano centinaia, migliaia,dozzine in senso indefinito. In questo caso sono seguiti dalla preposizione of.
